No good at all, this is really frustrating the noose keeps slipping of the end of my penis, it refuses to stay on. Although I do have quite a lot of foreskin so maybe this is the problem. I think I'm going to send it back soon, if I can't get it to work.
Really cheap for an extender. I’ve tried all sorts before including pumps and pills that were more than double the price of this.
Over six weeks I’ve seen a half inch of growth. I’m looking to gain 2-3 inches in the long run so I’m just going to keep using it.
